We have to realize that America was founded to be the land of the free, and the brave, not the imprisoned and the unfree. But the left in this nation wants nothing of freedom. They want to keep us b ound to the idea that only they know what is best for us. We know nothing, so we must depend on them for our livelihood and our safety.
All we have to do, is let them know under know uncertain terms that we don’t want what they want, and if they don’t stop with their agendas…then we vote them out of office.
The trouble is, we were warned about what is happening right at the beginning of this nation. We were told if 50% of the people were on welfare, that our country would not survive. Well, we are close to 49% on welfare now, and yet we are not doing anything about it.
Yesterday, in Greenwood, Indiana, at the Greenwood mall, a shooter went into the food court and opened fire on the patrons there. Thankfully there was the person there that the left doesn’t want any of us to know about.
A hero who was legally carrying his own gun and within seconds of the shooter opening fire, this 22 year old with a permit and a gun killed the shooter stopping the carnage before it became another “Sandy Hook”, or another Robb Elementary, or another church shooting. But, the left would have us all believe that legal law abiding gun owners do not exist and everyone with a gun is evil and wants to kill people. Why else have it right?
Uh, no. Legal gun owners account for less than .01% of illegal shoootings but are blamed for 100% of them, meaning they must be the ones punished. But that is wrong. And the story from Indiana today proves this.

Greenwood, Indiana, police chief Jim Ison described the 22-year-old who shot and killed a mall attacker as the “hero of the day.”
Reuters quoted Ison saying, “The real hero of the day is the citizen that was lawfully carrying a firearm in that food court and was able to stop the shooter almost as soon as he began.”
Breitbart News reported that a suspect opened fire in the Greenwood Park Mall food court around 6 p.m.
The attacker was able to kill three people before the 22-year-old armed citizen intervened, shooting the attacker dead.
The Associated Press reports that the attacker came into the mall with “a rifle and several magazines of ammunition” and began shooting.
Chief Ison indicated the 22-year-old who killed the attacker was from Bartholomew County and “was legally carrying a firearm.”
On July 14, 2022, Breitbart News pointed to a Crime Prevention Research Study showing 60+ times that concealed carry permit holders stopped mass shooters between December 17, 1991, and May 25, 2022.
This article of something that happened yesterday should tell us all that Law abiding cititzens with guns do stop criminals if they are able too.
The left wants to take that right to be the “hero” away from law-abiding people. They want to make more gun laws to control guns on the streets. But that only takes the guns out of the hands of heroes like the young man in Greenwood, Indiana yesterday and do nothing to keep the mout of the hands of Criminals. The left doesn’t seem to understand, more gun laws only takes guns away from the Law abiding because the criminals will just laugh and get them anyway to do their nefarious deeds. More gun laws will not change that. It will only make things worese for the law abiding people of this nation.
